[summarize] => This appears to be a news headline about a tragic incident involving a light aircraft crash. Here's a breakdown of what the headline suggests:

1. **Horrified resident**: A person who lives in the area where the crash occurred is sharing their account of what they witnessed. The use of "horrified" implies that the resident was shocked and disturbed by what they saw.
2. **Moment light aircraft 'nosedived'**: The resident is describing the moment when the light aircraft suddenly and rapidly descended, with its nose pointing towards the ground. This suggests that the plane may have experienced a loss of control or a technical issue, leading to a catastrophic crash.
3. **Crash that killed pilot**: Unfortunately, the crash resulted in the death of the pilot. This implies that the incident was fatal, and the pilot did not survive the impact.

The headline suggests that the resident's account will provide a firsthand description of the events leading up to the crash, and may offer some insight into what might have caused the tragedy. The use of quotes around "nosedived" implies that the resident used this word to describe the plane's descent, which adds to the dramatic and disturbing nature of the incident.

Some possible questions that might be answered in the accompanying article include:

* What was the cause of the crash?
* Was the pilot experienced, and were there any other factors that might have contributed to the accident?
* How did the resident witness the crash, and what did they see?
* What is the response from local authorities and aviation officials to the incident?

Overall, the headline suggests a tragic and disturbing incident that will be explored in more detail in the accompanying article.
